Well, skinning this is not easy. Disabled states are manualy created too. I killed the transparency to get the shadows..actually I merged the icons against my window color too get the best result. It means that on another PC with different color theme it will be ugly. Not all buttons are changeable too.So far this is only preview. Sorry

The problem is that I can only give you the whole EXE (not legal) as Foxit is not naturally skinable nor I know an easy way to make a script. Also transparency is not supported so it will looks good only on XP Classic gray theme
