Speaking for myself, I like to keep my "Big Bad Dan" persona seperate from the rest of my life. It's merely one facet of my personality and mostly played up for fun. I'd rather not be known as "that guy" in my every day life. I expect it's much the same for you and many others here.
As for the Gigi thing... The button nose, mouth and lips, tapered chin, and even the cheek bones do remind me of her. Especially during her Farscape days. I'm not a great artist, but I do have an eye for details. And trust me, this is high praise. Gigi is beautiful and an awesome person. I got to meet her once at a con. So even if you just slightly resemble her that puts you in good standing.
