Her village was attacked by raiders, an uncommon event in a time of piece among races. She survived the attack fighting tooth and nail to protect her family but when she recovered enough to drag herself home her entire village was burned to the ground with no trace of her family remaining. Her family are all ghouls, however she was cursed to be functionally immortal by a fae who deemed her a poor house guest. She became a mercenary to find and avenge her family in the event they are dead. She shaves her head under the superstition that hair holds memories, not feeling deserving of remembering the good times of her family, instead she is hellbent on revenge.
