an idea i had for Viro's criminal version of Lupe the Wolf where i wondered, "what if one of Rosy's Rascals gang was a mutant like Tails? that could provide some dynamic parallels between the gang and the Freedom Fighters." so i settled on Lupe and gave her 4 arms. so Tails normally has it where he was teased for his two tails when he was younger, so fighting these dangerous crooks alongside Sonic and the Freedom Fighters and coming across one of them with their own mutation could serve to make him a bit conflicted.
not to mention i personally see Viro's take on Lupe as the sweet, open, friendly member of her group, so Tails encountering a mutant like that where he's more embittered will cause him to get a little confused, especially when she starts hugging and flirting with him.
in the end, i love this sexy design for Lupe and wanted to add more gilded arms and imagine them in motion. i also imagined fun interactions with the other characters she could bounce off of in this state.
