This was for a redesign contest! I like dragonite but always felt it could use a little more 'pizzazz', so I tried to incorporate elements of temnospondyls, giant salamanders, sirens (the amphibians) and a couple of aspects from dragon mythology. I wanted something that was a little goofy, a little squishy, but still reasonably fierce looking. It was really fun to do so thank you frog _croaks (on twitter)
