Believe it or not, this is one of my FAVORITE pictures. One direction is a boring report. The other direction is a sister who's trying to spice things up. They did this to save paper (and thus postage back in the 1830s). I love the chaos, the encryption, the story of everyday life and family love/teasing. I was able to personally handle this 100+year old letter to the classic William Wordsworth as one of the highlights of my trip to England.
