The prompt good in allowing me enough freedom while still giving a good idea of what the writer wanted

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?

I made a feral design, and to stick to the fantasy theme, made it a peryton, a deer-bird hybrid from some supposed European legends, which would include the horns and wings the writer wanted. I also went with the weather theme that was requested, and made it sort of rain themed. For abilities, it would be able to fly and maybe be able to control rain and appear before it rains.
