Atari was only 15 when his life was changed forever. A bright young man with a promising future, all changed in an instant when a Rising Sun attack devastated his home city. Atari managed to push an old man out of the way of some flaming wreckage but he was crushed in turn.

Atari survived thanks to a full body cyborg conversion. But his troubles were far from over. Due to Japans heavy stigma against cyborgs, Atari was ostracized, seen as broken in body and spirit. Little better than a robotic zombie desecrating his own grave. His school locked him out and no job above dumb labor would accept a Ghost Hand (A Japanese term for cyborgs) Even his own foster family grew distant, openly wishing he had died with honor rather than living on as a mockery of nature.

Atari found himself staring out at the sea one day, wondering if he should take their advice...When by happenstance he met a roaming mad scientist, Ian Xanatos VanVader, better known as Trick the Trap master, who had come to Nippon on a whim.

Sharing his tale with Xanatos, Atari found himself suddenly subject to the mad scientists curiosity. As Trick decided again on a whim to rebuild the cyborg bigger and better than ever. Trading away his cheep medical grade cybernetics for ultra tech, Integrated with Phaze armor, his new biomechanoid body would simulate biological processes, healing at the cellular level and even growing stronger with training like an organic frame.

Nolonger merely Atari Jaguar, he began going by his nickname of Jagi. Soon finding mentors among the more open minded heroes, and ultimately accepted into the Sakuretsu institute, a privately funded school outside the shogunates control, specifically founded by Japans first superhero to train the next generation of heroes far away from the controlling and often corrupt hands of the Daimyos.

After years of abuse, his confidence has withered away, but gradually his body grows stronger as he learns to believe in himself again. Jagi has the potential to be a great hero.
