gender is flexible, head based on brass dragon from dungeons and dragons, wings cut off (can be changed), wings were fleshy ones, not feathers, webbed toes, tail like a fish's, can shapeshift (however many creatures desired) human form is very small, lithe form, also displays stumps from wings (if chosen to not have wings severed, human form can have wings as well) Human form appears to have rocky scales embedded in skin (turquoise like bright scales), omnivore, can breath underwater in dragon form. about 18ft tall at highest point of head, 36ft nose to tail (body about 12ft long, neck and head 6ft, tail 18ft), sharp teeth, "headdress" made largely of bone and immovable, turquoise scales glow with mood (positive mood glows brightly and negative mood is completely dark to allow for retaliation to threats, etc.)

I'll probably keep this one if it doesn't win 'cause its pretty rockin
