can I ask how you got all of the details of the pores?? I'm always wondering how to get mine like this, and not the smooth effect you have in the step before!!

Sure thing yeah. So i used the "pores" skin brush from Reid Southerns brush set and then apply a bevel to it. Giving the impression that there is some volume to the pore

I downloaded the brushes, but I have no idea how to start x.x everything I do looks far away from skin

cool... I don't normally use bevel with skin pores... but that would be an easy way to add instant depth. You do good work

You can mess with scatter and opacity/flow settings to get satisfactory emulation of skin pores.... if you pair that with a layer that just adds noise and mess with the opacity and possibly blending modes... you can end up with similar results giving it the feel of the noise you would actually see in a screenshot. I am not sure if that's what he did or not, but there is more than one way to acheive your goals.

Painting hyper-realistically is one thing and i cant deny impressive skill display but this is just ...copied.
Its a masterpiece copy... how much more amazing would it be as original.

But in order to do it as an original... mustn't you have to learn the skills to do such?
I completely agree with you of course. I do state in the painting that i studied the screenshot. Which is a literal study and not a reference. That said it was over 2 years ago now and i no longer follow that path.

It's amazing and the colors are much more interesting than in a screenshot, I love this ! It's not just a copy, try and do that kind of copy, it's not a copy, even changing the medium adds a lot to the art, there's a lot more going on here than in a screenshot.
