Back-story: After the digidestined meet a new boy named Aaron and his Digimon partner Spookmon, he invites them over to his house so that they can all get to know each other. However, as they arrive one by one, they are all ambushed by the mysterious WhiteMyotismon.

Unfortunately for WhiteMyotismon, Matt showed up just in time to see his little brother eaten alive. In a blind furry, he charges forwards and is caught bound by the vampire digimon. Still resilient, Matt calls out for his digimon to digivolve, resulting in Garurumon getting a helpless Matt-snack instead.
