Going to class, I know it's gonna be borring,Got my music on, I'm not listening,

Just got a class assignment,

Finish it fast, follow the path to my home,

The clock's ticking, I don't even care,
It's past twelve, I didn't even notice,
Why bother to try to leave,

The teacher's already stopping me,
Just do the homework, get with life,
Pay attention, get crazy,
Mess with them, hang out with you,

Over with.
Hear the bell ring,
Everyone is running,
Try to pass the door, but it's crowded,
By the time everyone's gone,
I've already wasted five minutes of my life,
I walk slowy,

I hear a pencil clicking,

I can't help but turn around,
Give the assignment,
To my teacher,
He reads it over,

I give a light smile,
Wave goodbye,
Skipping my way to home,
Knowing that I smiled,
For the first time in years,
I'd never want to get this day over with.
And when I'm alone at home,
I remember this day,
And to think I wanted
To get this over with.
