But i took good care of that ... i even made each resolution with it's own layers so that nothing gets lost by resizing the final result alone
but as they say "the customer is always right"
What do you think should be better exactly ?

There are lots of big pixels o.o

That's a gradient banding it's a common problem in photoshop not a low quality issue
LCDs also help increasing the problem
i could fix it using a spatter filter but i know some depth will go away and that would be worse
However here is another edition with this area fixed [but some details are lost]
