YEEPPP ! its Pirate's half brother but..he is younger Oo much younger! may Da Vinci was not dead when Pirate thought he is ? who knows...
He got the tie on his Leg from Brandy you all know him xD
once he get hurt on his Leg and was lost, he came unintended to Lyo's herd. Pirate did not knew he has a little brother...but i could not say he is not his brother..i mean..look at him xD
