The mental health was definitely getting there with some professional help,

but the physical one was limping behind. Helena took matters into her (literal) own hands

and took some lessons on top of her existing experience to healing massage.

Physio Therapy was the answer to the stiff back from months of restricted mobility due to the

healing scars. Helena made sure to be extra gentle with the tender skin

and most definitely also released years of tension - to Lyos surprise. Some

of the sounds happening in his spine or shoulder made him more or less

wonder if he was gonna die now. Of course the opposite was true as the

treatment progressed and the feeling of being reborn was more accurate.

Helena even followed Lyo back to Imperials after his "vacation" at Nattvik,

feeling better to keep an eye on the Captain and let herself be coached

a little by the present colleagues. The more experience the better, right?
