The detail on this is insane , it properly conveys the feeling of sadness, the shape of the eyes, and the dark macabre of the image, even the color of the windows themselves, very cool.

Excellent job! She turned out great and so did the background!

There are only two things that I see that may need change (but this is just my suggestion). Both are basically have to do with lighting.

The lower rightside of the mask there appears to be a fuzzy glow of white that covers the hair. Just looks a bit odd.

The other has to with the right side of the figure (her left). I know you spent a ton of time on the straight jacket, but I think the lighting on her left side is a little too bright. You may want to fade out some of it completely or change the location of the light. Like she has a spot light facing her. The mask would have to be changed for that one though. I do not know if that would fix it. There just seems to be some confusion as to where the light source(s) is(are).
