Description
An accurate version of the CGI Duncan with a red running board. He's free to use with credit.UPDATE: Fixed his whistle and added brakepipes.
UPDATE 2: Lowered the entire smokebox and boiler, removed Talyllyn style lamp with regular tail lamp, and recolored nameplate and cab stripes.
