This is where my heart lies, in b&w photos of the days when men were men & life was simpler.

Granted they didn't have dvd players, pc's, cd's, the internet, and gaming but they also didn't have aids, herpes, unwed mothers, homeless veterans, unemployment like today and general hopelessness.

What they did have was a better sense of loyalty, family, camaraderie, and a MUCH better economy. Decency was still in style and men aspired to be gentlemen, not dawgs and women aspired to be ladies, not bitches.
