What if Asriel grew up? And became an adult? What would he look like? What would his magic abilities be? This is my interpretation, though I know I'm not the first to come up with them I just had to animate it. He has fire abilities like his parents, but is also able to summon a sword like when you fight him, and has random rainbow powers.
Gotta love all those rainbows.What about you guys? Do you have any other "What if" scenarios? maybe leave a comment if you do. I may make an animation based on it if I can come up with an idea for it.
I needed to do something that involved effects in some way, so I sort of chipped away at this every chance I could get. I did many things different than I normally would in animating this, such as animating on 3s rather than 2s just to see how it would look, and I also finally have an example of shading. This was made to look sort of anime-ish, but I'm not sure if I accomplished that.
Yes, I took the door in the background directly from the game, so no I didn't draw it. I was a bit lazy there.

I suppose my current fave what-if might be 'what if Sans had been more proactive about protecting Frisk?" At least partly because I feel like a Sans VS Asgore fight would be pretty awesome.

This looks incredible Dream!! And I absolutely love the idea as well. The colours and shading are fantastic and the animation is so smooth, I adore the rainbow effects in the beginning and when he brings out the sword, it's so fluid, amazing work as always!

i think his time as flower leaves an imprint on him and allows him to summon multiple flowers that shoot vines and if pissed enough summon an omega as well gain his hyper death powers or dual wielding as well.... having a really sadist face
