I once saw a boy slowly stumble towards meHe was covering his eyes with his hands gently
I asked if he was alright as he slowly got closer
He said he was fine a slowly dropped to the floor
As I picked him up, he whispered to me very softly
“Don't ever take your life so carelessly”
As I stared down at him he gave a smirk
Then he dropped back down again with tears in his eyes and said
“I Lost everything I came to love in this cynical world”
I said to him that its alright because love surrounds us everywhere we go
I helped him back up and noticed a trait that I have never once seen
His eyes were black, they Seemed empty like a vast ocean that never ends
I asked him if he could see or if he was blind
He replied to me “I see everything how it should be”
“This world is ugly, I blacked it out, everything is darkness around me now”
