i really enjoy the finish on the body of the figure. i also think that the pillow under it adds a touch of elegance (from here it looks almost like red velvet or velour). this makes it appear to be some sort of prized and cherished being...or perhaps some sort of aristocrat within its own realm.

beautiful, this is awesome, it reminds me of the spiders of Louise Bourgeois but I like the luminous surface finish on your better, what was the material? interesting how its resting on the pillow so gently - I guess spiders are commonly associated with fear but yours feels almost vulnerable - great job!
