Princes Aljenya met with Tony to work on a secret project -(nano bot 16)- nb16 was a tissue repair nanobot. only one was created and was meant only for the medical profession, and accident in the lab meant that Tony now had that nano in his system.The nano was not able to access critical resources, until all other bots were in base mode.
