I know I usually release my sprites for free use but, not this guy, for fairly obvious reasons I think (I'm not entirely sure why you would, actually. If you think you have a legitimate reason to use him, note me up, I'd be morbidly curious.)Work in progress, he's got a few more poses to go. I'm not using him for what he was intended for (don't ask), but I might end up using him elsewhere. We'll see.
This graphic has been my avatar on Sprites INC for a while now, this is what he's gotten animated so far.
He's not related to, or meant to be a part of Mega Man in the slightest. I'm not sure where people got that impression from.

I like the combination of the muted purple and blues, they really bring out the white in the facial area and the details of the armor! Great work!
In response to the validity of the relation to the Mega Man series, I think people assume sprite like these with the Mega Man design style and the black outlines are connected to the franchise in someway purely based on the aesthetic style alone. Interestingly enough the DuckTales NES game uses a similar graphical style to the Mega Man NES titles with a closer match to the sprite here, yet I very rarely see the comparison made. Strange.
