Jessica: Now, as for my plans, as I stated earlier, I'm going to shrink this city. The officials will beg me to reverse the effects, as I'm the only one in this city who knows how this molecular spectrum works. And just to ensure that no one calls for outside help, I'll set up a force field around the city which will jam all communications and block anyone from getting inside or out. I'll then ask for a ransom of 13 billion dollars, my father's freedom from prison, and diplomatic immunity, as well as immunity from expulsion..... but when that ransom is met, I won't restore the city, but instead, make it my own personal play toy. *laughs maniacally*
