Headcanon: Team Rocket rents out equipment to members and agents who need to use it for missions, including vehicles and other transportation, but Attila often finds himself on the blacklist because of "reckless endangerment".

There's a lot of things I like about this picture and a lot of things I don't like, because I messed up. I merged the layers and saved before I was finished and before I realized what I had done, so it was really hard to finish it. I might work on it a little more and update with a cleaner looking version later on, I'm just tired of working on it for now. I feel like I've looked at it so long that I can't even tell what's right and wrong anymore xD
This is the first time I've ever tried to draw a car and I am continuing to try and get better at backgrounds, because that's one of my biggest weaknesses.
It's a process.
I wanted to just go ahead and finish and post so I can start working on my art trade with kittykatkookie
