Masking? well at first I thought it would be hard but they have an option where you click that layer icon in the timeline where you can choose masking.

Well lets see......it's basically having a box in one layer named "mask" and making a box then everything else you put under the mask layer is gonna be shown with in the box area. So its like Squeezing everything into something small.

So you do the actions of the robot below the background where the others are. The mask goes through everything to show that robot with the box. Something like that?
