Description Exactly what it sounds like.
Weird three-legged thing: Dirtsucker.- Uses suction tool to catch small lifeforms such as bugs. The way it does this is similar to the way we breathe in- a muscle rapidly expands a sac, and to equalize the pressure, air rushes in, taking anything with it. YAY FOR SCIENCE
Weird blobby thingamabobber- Saculus. A primitive lifeform with little more than a brain, a stomach, and a spear to catch hapless prey, including Dirtsuckers. Like spiders, it injects a corrosive venom to liquefy its prey's innards before sucking them in like a milkshake from hell. Due to the brain- creature size ratio, it is theorized that these odd creatures are quite intelligent, but got shortchanged by evolution. Due to their largely immobile  nature, they have developed a natural defense- emitting a scent of the local predators. The fact that they can determine how to replicate scents is a major point as to why they are intelligent beings.
Tree- A bizzare mix of plant and animal, the Anglertree uses a similar method to the anglerfish- luring their prey in. However, unlike anglerfish, the prey grabbing the lure is a key component, as when the prey grips it, a highly sticky and quick-drying resin is oozed out of pores. The prey, haplessly stuck, is dragged up into the plant's "mouth", and is dissolved. Alive. Because nature is scary.
