Hope you guys really REALLY like Pokemon. I'm painting every starter in a different style. Most of them inspired by artists on here that I like. This was done with my own brush in SAI.A couple years ago I tried to paint every pokemon starter. But then my iPad died forever and ever and I just kinda gave up. I played with the idea of resuming it but I felt like my art style had changed too much. So I just started over and I'm glad for it.

The line work is good, the colouring is good, the shading is good.
The colours also compliment each other, considering how you chose more of pastel and soft colours.
This is very well drawn, and I can see you have also improved alot since then.
I think, personally, that you should try to continue to draw like this more often.
It looks nice, and something else is that you can easily tell what the light source is, and where it even is. This is something I think you excel at, and that's not a bad thing.
This is very well done.

Amazing! Everything looks well made in here, from the coloring to the original concept! I really enjoy looking at the slow transition into different colors for specific parts personally and the amount of personality and detail you have put into a character that came with a set design and set amount of details. You expressed this in your own way by adding what was necessary and not overextending too much. Its a good blend between colors, luminosity, shading, and positioning. Although there could be a few, just a few, things you could improve on such as spreading the vines out away from the character more instead of having him look cramped in a box with limited space. But aside from the minor, minor things that need to be worked on, this is a very cute and astonishing artwork!
