This piece is very beautiful, the colors look pleasing and the eye is especially well, eye catching. My only issue may be the cleanliness. I see a marker or oil paint type vibe and while nice, could be a bit cleaner, as it looks kind of messy and scratchy next to the filled out eye and nose along with the crisp line art. Making the lines around the coloring just a bit cleaner could probably make this piece while good now, a whole lot better, as clean lines and colors are eye pleasing, even when trying to imitate certain mediums.
