's favorite pokemon.Made in MS "Fucking" Paint. I love its watercolor and oil brushes so much! Before you ask I did use a tablet. Making it transparent was the tricky part.
It's pretty easy to paint with if you treat it more like painting traditionally. Look at for some inspiration if you want to try this yourself.
