Started off by uncropping with Photoshop Generative Fill with some rough post-Photoshopping and adjusting bits for a rough draft version .
Then took to img2img with the MIX-Pro-V3 model with this prompt/parameters config and Ultimate SD Upscaler set to 4K:
Prompt: masterpiece, best quality, scenery, no humans, outrun, synthwave, grid floor, neon, starry space
Negative prompt: lowres, bad anatomy, bad hands, text, error, missing fingers, extra digit, fewer digits, cropped, worst quality, low quality, normal quality, jpeg artifacts, signature, watermark, username, blurry, 1girl, humans, EasyNegative
Config: Steps: 50, Sampler: DPM++ SDE Karras, CFG scale: 11
Ended up using only 0.3 out of the multiple denoising strengths and a good amount from the rough draft just upscaled via Topaz Gigapixel due to the color differentiation.
