Description Don't know how I feel about this design lol, I love it and hate it all at once.

The Underbirth was wrought with both fear and merriment at all times, though where fear pervaded the open corners of the outside, the bright merriment was most obviously seen within the Laughhouses. Their express purpose was to provide others with a place to enjoy themselves, to share banter and dilute their minds with drink and laughter. Those who provided said drinks were the Jesters, creatures well versed in socialization and bright attitudes, friendly and helpful to their customers.

Carrie was a Jester that seemed to counteract this entire idea. Her appearance, and overall demeanor screamed unpleasant irritation and impatience. She was rabbit-like, standing on two legs at 6 ft. Her fur was thin and a deep brownish-black. Her legs were curved back like, the muscles within carrying the strength of a springboard. Her jumping prowess was unmatched, allowing her to clear entire buildings with ease. Her form was muscular and feminine. She had one remaining arm, the other having been long lost to alcohol induced flame. On her remaining hand, she had six fingers, and the underside of her fingertips, palms and paws had small peachy pads, sticky and perfect for climbing smooth surfaces. She had bright crimson claws, which she normally kept sheathed between her digits. A short, puffy tail, contrasted her otherwise rugged demeanor to an adorable degree. Her face was exactly like a rabbit, though her front teeth were sharp instead of square. Her left eye was a deep red, while her right eye was scarred, leaving the sclera black, and with a yellow ring of bacteria framing the iris, vision largely blurry on that side. From her head, peachy-pink hair fell around her shoulders, wavy and smooth, and she often wore it up in buns or ponytails. Her two ears stood up straight most of the time, bending in accordance with her mood. Her left ear was ripped in half, while the other was pierced with two large rings of gold, one adorned with a brilliant ruby. She wore a Sombrarian style shirt, brown and with four pockets, usually carrying small samples of the drinks she would sell, though she was also known to keep vials of ink and the severed tails and eyes of Fowlers in them. More satchels were attatched to a belt around her scarred waist. However, perhaps the most striking feature of Carrie would be the two large, butterfly-esque wings that bloomed from her back. A deep red, marked with maroon, they carried her through the air with grace and swiftness, though Carrie has made it evident that she doesn't like their appearance.

It was only through Carrie's aggression and power that she was able to land her Jester-position at Littleroot Laughhouse. Threatening death and subservience to its owner was all it took, considering Carrie's former status as a Yolsh of 5, and the Laughhouse's less than honorable history. She delivered drinks with sly grins and brooding silence, usually only communicating with her patrons in clipped sentences, straight to the point. That lack of desire for socialization might've made Carrie seem like a bad Jester, but she was anything but. She had quite the history in this city, leading the Chord that busted one of the Underbirth's greatest crime syndicates in history, and subsequently causing one of the worst fires in its history too. She lost her position as Yolsh but gained the admiration of many, and Carrie's presence in Littleroot was enough to drum up some more business for the otherwise average laughhouse.

It wasn't that Carrie didn't like being positively ogled at at all times, it was just tiring, and when paired with the scars burned into her flesh, left her behind the solid walls of quiet she has built up. After all, if she doesn't talk to the patrons, they won't have the chance to bring it up again, right?

Just keep going, keep your head down, don't give them the chance to say anything. Stay quiet. Maybe once all this blows over, once the town can talk about something else....she won't be stuck as Littleroot's star Jester anymore.
