INFORMATION: SugarRush is a pegasis pony from Cloudsdale. Both of her parents are weather ponies and expected their daughter to follow in their hoof steps. SugarRush was never really interested in helping create weather. Being around that environment all her life, she found weather making to be boring. Even as a young filly she had always been more interested in the towns below her cloudy home. Often slipping away from her foal sitters to watch the towns ponies through openings in the clouds. As she grew up her parents did all they could to discourage her interest, including forbidding her to ever leave Cloudsdale. So when she was old enough, and against her parents wishes, SugarRush left her home to explore the world below. She loved her parents but knew she had her own life to lead. Being on the ground for the first time was an exciting experience, everything was fresh and new to her. She found herself never staying in one town for very long, her urges to explore always had her on the move. Through the years she had traveled all across equestria. Eventually, she came across the once minning town of Neigh Town. A town struggling to stay alive, almost all of it's residents having moved when the rainbow crystal mines dried up years before. She fell in love with the little town and was determined to do her part to bring it back to life.

For a while she worked many odd jobs around the town, carpenter, gardener, and the much loathed job of weather pony, anything to be of some use. An earth stallion, named Mr. Pumpernickle, and his family were long time residents of Neigh Town and were kind enough to let SugarRush stay with them until she was able to settle down in her own home. Mr. Pumpernickle's family ran the towns bakery, and when they asked for her assistance with the shop she eagerly accepted. She mostly cleaned and taste tested Mr. Pumpernickles experimental creations in the beginning. But after a time, like most of the other residents of Neigh Town, Mr. Pumpernickle's family packed up and left Neigh Town for a more prosperious place. But one member stayed behind, Mr. Pumpernickle's eldest son, CrumbleCake. SugarRush thought it was a terrible waste to have the bakery closed down. For weeks SugarRush, with CrumbleCake's help, tried her best to take Mr. Pumpernickle's place at the bakery. She studied the recipy books he left her and even renovated the bakery and reopened it as her own 'Simply Scrumptious' bakery, where she and CrumbleCake made both sweet treats and a variaty of breads.

Over time the feelings between the two blossomed into something more. Their bakery wasn't doing much better than Mr. Pumpernickle's had, but after a time those customers that they did recieve loved their treats and helped spread the word of the new bakery. A slow flow of ponys began flocking to Neigh Town to see what the fuss was about. Despite this CrumbleCake wanted to do more for his town than just bake, and when the previous mayor stepped down, CrumbleCake snatched up the position. Now busy with the resposibilities of mayor, CrumbleCake left SugarRush the soul responsibility of running the bakery. She wasn't very confident with her baking without CrumbleCake there to guide her. The bakery's reputaion was slowing growing but SugarRush still didn't feel her baked goods where anything special, until she recieved a visit from Mr. Pumpernickle. When Mr. Pumpernickle, her old mentor and friend, commented so highly on her work did she realize that she did have a special talent for baking, it was then that her cutiemark appeared. Eventually, a few years later, SugarRush and Crumblecake married and SurgarRush finally felt like her life was complete. SugarRush still continues baking and doing all she can to get the little town she's grown to love back on the map. She now has her hooves full not only with new rivals in the form of SweetiePie's "Sweet Stuff" bakery and CandyDandy's "Candylicious" shop, but also with her first child, Cupcake.
