My second take on Repugnus. I really like how his mantis mode turned out. I took elements of his Beast wars (universe) incarnation. Looking at his original monster mode, it just looked too much like a power rangers monster. Like a guy with a big head and claws. I tried to blend the two, and I think it turned out pretty cool.

I tried to get away from established forms for :animated. My first take was a little too much like Optimus Prime, which there WAS a reason for (in the story). I still think Repugnus works as an autobot academy washout. I do have a story planned that I think will be decent. I really want to flesh out his motivations and backstory. Stay tuned.
