ok, thanks, I was mostly wondering cause I'm doing a roleplay and last time I took a power from a marvel(it's a DC rp), I got told "Hey! That's just Cyclops from X-Men!" essentially, cause I was thinking of Metal then I guessed that the same thing would likely happen

Anyone can use laser eyes! Superman has them....Darkseid has them. That's like saying you can't use super strength! XD LOL
As long as it's not the same way it's used....like the lasers can never turn off and he needs to wear special glasses or whatever.

yea some Superheroes don't have secret identities.

yea the villains range from pathetic to evil incarnate.
most villains are somewhere in the middle though.....the evil evil ones are very few.

He can control cats....but he's also allergic to them....and he doesn't really control them as so much assemble them all to his location.....and make them irritated. (guess they are a good distraction..)

there was actually a villain in a web comic that had telekinetic control of only cats, he was called the Cat-apult, he then taped all of his house stuff to cats(remotes, phonebooks, etc) it was really hilarious
there was also a hero who could shoot lasers from his eyes, but due to this(considering he had plasma cannons behind his eyes rather than the eyes being the cannons), he is blind, so he can't aim

Remember that conversation about the names, what if you add that to the comic? Like when Quintin tries to make himself a name w/ ooze powers, Arrio tries to be a bro & helps give him a cool name. Same w/ Lavani & Jackie naming themselves.

Other than the fact that Arrio reminds me of Wally West(and in turn, I love his personality), Quinn is making a close second for Fave character just from that quote at the bottom
and now we get a hint that there are plenty of Supers in this world and it seems to work like Mutants(that's my guess)
also, First impression on what I can see from Quinn's power: Green Lantern, just Green Lantern(in the sense that I think he can now create Hard Light constructs)

Well the supers are more like celebrities in this world. So they aren't misunderstood like mutants.

my idea for Electro Haired Jackie still stands. But I meant the mutant thing as there might be a singular gene that is passed through families and if a child got powers they don't necessarily have to Β have even slightly similar powers to their parents(or parent)(or even similar powers to each other), like I think Lavani is the Super-Twin's parents(holds back Wonder Twins reference but fails), but she has Super Speed while they have Electricity Affinity and Slime-like Exo-Skeleton
also, good hint, you know how some sweat drops are just a letter u given more of an oval shape? you could just put some of those of Quinn's slime arms and have their lines(the lines for the drops) be dark green, then it gives more of a goopy look

Oh! yea the supers do pass their powers down to their kids Β ^_^ (but their powers passed down will be the same or at least extremely similar)

then why are Jackie and Quinn's powers nothing like their mom's or did they get both of them from the dad?(who you have not actually shown yet I believe) Lavani is their mom right?

She looks old(no offense Lavani!)......I was gonna argue using recessive traits, but really, skin color is more confusing than other genes stuff(at least considering I learned Genes for 1 unit in 8th grade, so not much knowledge there

yea, but as far as I can tell, skin doesn't work like that(as evidence by the naturally medium colored kids out there), plus that would also work as an explanation for the whole powers thing, Super speed or similar being a recessive trait : P
