I crept along the wall and peered around the corner.I saw Helia and a girl I didnt know.They stood close.Too close.I listened.
"Oh my dear Helia,how much longer must I wait?"the girl asked.Helia caressed her cheek.

"Not much longer,my love.Then we shall be together.Forever..."he replied,leaning in.I watched in horror as their lips met.I put a hand to my mouth to suppress a sob,but failed.Helia turned to see me standing there.

"Flora,I can explain-"he began,but I turned and ran before he could finish.Tears rolled steadily down my cheeks.I could hear Helia calling for me,but I kept running until I reached the park gardens.I sat against a wall and sobbed.

"B-but you...y-ou promised..."I sobbed.I felt a pain in my chest.I laid over into a flowerbed.The pain grew worse and worse.Flowers brushed my tears away.I felt like I was sinking into the ground.Becoming one with the Earth.The one comfort I had ever known...was reaching out to me once more...to ease my broken heart.

I'm sorry,Miele.I cant go on here anymore.
