Description     While the Candor have known of the existence of other planes and worlds since the discovery of the Elemental Chaos in the mid First Age, it was not until the late Fourth Age that anything was known about the relation of the planes to each other. Thanks to the research of renowned planar Archmage, the Candor, Rassalii, most any mage or scholar can tell you where the planes lie.
Thanks to Rassalii's work, it is known that the Prime Material Plane is located at the center of the universe, with Tolmor lying at the very center and it's two moons, Tolfiri and Toltzesh, orbiting around it. Surrounding the Prime Material Plane, is the Void. The dark, empty, space between worlds. Floating through the void are the Sun, and the Seven Hells, Aera, The Burning Isles, Labyrinth, The Shadelands, Volus, The Needle-Winds, and The Killing Field. While Aera and the Burning Isles are inhabited and visitable, it is highly inadvisable to set foot in any of the other five Hells.
Beyond the Void are the five elemental planes. Ringing the top of the void is the Elemental Chaos, the region encompassing the planes of earth, water, fire, and air. Enclosing the void from the bottom is the Astral Sea, also known as the Celestial Plane, which acts as the elemental plane of light, shadow, and aetherium. While not many visit the planes of the four primal elements, the Astral Sea does draw many scholars, mages, and adventure-seekers, looking to sail through the stars.
The Divine Realms are much less consistent than the rest of the planes, making them much more difficult to detail accurately. This is partially due to the fact that each realm is created either by, or with their associated deity. The Divine Realms are scattered throughout the planes, with worlds in the Void, the Elemental Chaos, the Astral Sea, and even in pocket realms existing in other planes such as the Seven Hells and Tolmor.
