SHERLOCK HOLMES. Because I love him so....the git.
I did this on the back of an assignment, so the type on the other side shows through a bit.
I get these yearly Sherlock Holmes cravings and generally end up rereading the Conan Doyle corpus and compulsively watching the Jeremy Brett series.
...with regards to the upcoming movie, I have only this to say: if Robert Downey Jr pulls a Gerard Butler on this character, I'll commit hara-kiri.
May 2009: OK, I just saw the trailer for the new movie.
My prognosis: it's going to be an utterly heinous affair all around, if the slow-mo shirtless boxing is any indication.
BLECH.

Or he'd get redundant and start analyzing himself from the third person perspective and cause some CANNOT DIVIDE BY ZERO error in the universe or something resulting from his undoubtedly circular conclusions.
(Face it, Holmes is hard to analyze. Watson fails all the time. I doubt Holmes could analyze himself from an outside perspective, say if he met himself on the street, without going nuts.)
