Description
Gradually getting more of this region setup over time, we got some nonsense in these places. Creates an awkward situation where in setting sci-fi authors that do dystopic "Don't build the Misery Nexus" can actually create that indirectly through their creative work in the manatear. The peninsula is very reactive this way.
