Sean! He has been in canon for a decent while. He is very background character but there is some fun gags I plan on doing with them. SRRO needs paper pushers and he is a pro!
I do need to decide on what studs they have, though using it as identification is way less important than for the Wardens and Wayfinders that need it to pull professional clout when needed.
