Description
This is my 3rd most favourite pokemon miltoic using ice beam. (Love that move). Here, I situated milotic flying in a background that would best suit the move, hence doing an aurora borealis (northern lights) background which I think goes really well with the move. I hope you like this as I plan to do commissions real soon. Comments would be nice too! ^^Once again made in SAI.
