With everything that's been going on lately, I have to get this out. Black Lives Matter. This isn't something we can just brush aside. This is not a political issue; this is not how we should handle the economy or what we should do regarding healthcare, no. This is an issue of fellow humans. Fellow humans who are being harassed, beaten, and even killed because of an uncontrollable part of who they are. And it needs to stop. If you are against BLM in any way, please just take some time to reflect on why. Why do you feel this way? It's not my job to change how you think, but just keep in mind that there may be times where you have to consider yourself liable and understand that changing your mind and seeing other points of view does not make you a hypocrite, but a mature person. If you do support Black Lives Matter, please do whatever you can to help or spread awareness. Donate, attend rallies and protests, speak up to higher powers, use any privilige you have to defend people. Even spreading awareness with a simple Tweet or Retweet could help. Whatever you do, don't stay silent. Silence means you're fine with the status quo. Silence means there's no need to do anything. Keep that in mind. And with that, remember: We're all humans
