Bast 7117 woke up from his nap by the sound of soft meowing. The wind rustled the autumn leaves free from the trees and Bast wondered if he had heard wrong.When the wind died down, another meow could be heard, but closer.
He felt a small body press up against him and looking down he saw a little grey kitten looking up at him.
Another soft meow could be heard above him and looking up another small white with orange patched kitten was sitting in the tree.
