The FTC has finaly started to take a look at Paypal's business practices after receiving enough complaints. So it can work.

I don't use AOL because of how shitty they are; sign my name up! Maybe if someone cracks on them, all the other servers heading towards the same fate will get off their asses and begin actually doing something about how bad it's getting on all of them.
