First up, in alphabetical order of state, is Connecticut's Melonheads! Interestingly enough, there's also Melonhead legends/sightings in Ohio and Michigan.
Basically, these guys live on the outskirts of roads, and are said to eat human flesh. Depending on who you ask, they're either a family who was cast out for practicing witchcraft who got their bulbous heads and taste for long pig from inbreeding over the years, or they were hydrocephalic children who were kept and abused in an asylum until their escape into the woods.
