I didn't want to change Scooby's design, I love it as is, so yeah
I'm not going to change much about him, other than just confirm that he's not really just a dog. Scooby(and Scrappy)are a rare type of dog that is capable of human speech. Dogs like them are actually descendants of shapechangers who chose to live as animals.
