This is my little Batman version of Toe Tapper as a fan thank you to some of the inspiration Batman comics have given me in the past. mainly the super villians because they are good bad guys, Riddler, Two-face, Black Mask, Hush and OK, the over rated insane clown man The Joker, He ain't my favourite and I do not get why people like him more than the Riddler...
