I met Percy and Tulip in the Library as I needed them to tell me everything they know about the Ministry of Magic headquarters, which is where Rakepick’s Dark artefacts must be. After I explained to Percy and Tulip why I needed to get into the Ministry of Magic, they told me all about it.

Once I learned about the Ministry, I realised that it’s even larger and intimidating than I expected and that I’d need help from someone on the inside. Tulip eventually gave me an idea of paying a visit to her old prefect, Chester Davies. Haven’t seen him since last year, when Bill got him and all the other old prefects back together at The Three Broomsticks to celebrate me being a Prefect.
