Imagine Using gravity tech to accelerate and force a massive asteroid collision to turn a "Heavy-G" world....
into a few "right sized" Exo-earths.
"Planet builders" could free humanity from random chance and endlessly searching ever farther out of reach... for a new goldi-locks world to colonize.
We could even establish a habitable orbit around a red dwarf. suddenly the first 13 light years around earth becomes a bustling neighborhood of "earths"...
