The black sheep of the now deceased Clutterbuck family; former youth crime lord; domestic terror; entitled sociopath; and the current Flux Lord of Minecraftia. Or, in his brother John's own words, "the most depraved bastard to ever walk the Earth."
Decided not too long ago to revisit the design for Nick, perhaps the single reason that Adam and John are the way they are; indeed, he was the reason they died young in the first place. A deconstruction of the bad boy/Tumblr Sexyman archetype, Nick is a youthful sociopath with a silver tongue, utilising his natural charm to both evade accountability for his crimes (alongside his family's fortunes and status) and generally get what he wants, when he wants it. He is the product of a naturally evil soul brought up in the comfort and security of a privileged childhood, so that he has never quite grown out of his childhood entitlement to leave as deep a scar in the world as he can, in the knowledge that his status will shield him from the law.
In a cruel twist of fate, he has managed to evade even Death after a trip to America resulted in his encounter with the then-current Flux Lord, who had escaped Minecraftia to find another soul to take his throne. Now the overruling intelligence of the Flux Taint, Nicholas, now known by his new name Nex, is prepared to bring his knowledge of the British Empire to Minecraftia, building a dark empire that will achieve its goals of global assimilation through industrialisation and superior weaponry in order to subjugate the wild world.
